Objectives

Specific activities for the group include:

  • developing strategies to capitalise on investment opportunities
  • identifying barriers and impediments to investment opportunities and working to resolve them,
  • providing advice to government on factors driving multinational company investment, global trends and developments
  • increasing awareness of Australia as a potential investment location and raising the profile of Australia’s ICT capabilities
  • coordinating CEO participation in promoting Australia’s ICT capabilities
  • acting as champions and international ambassadors for the Australian ICT industry, promoting Australia both within their companies and more widely
