The Developing Business Skills for ICT Entrepreneurs’ Program is for business owners who want to learn how to gain a competitive edge.

Since 2006, AIIA has delivered the ICT Entrepreneurs’ Program in association with the Macquarie Graduate School of Management.

The program is designed to encourage innovation, professionalism and business skills, with a focus on peer-based learning and mentoring. 

Participants learn advanced training in business strategy, marketing, finance, leadership and people management, and organisational and change management.  In addition, a number of high-profile ICT business leaders act as mentors, helping participants to discuss ideas, review their businesses, and implement business strategy plans.
