The iAwards are Australia's ICT industry awards. AIIA runs the iAwards as the Australian member of the Asia-Pacific ICT Awards (APICTA).

AIIA is now accepting expressions of interest in the 2009 iAwards.

Further details of the 2009 iAwards program will be published over summer.

AIIA is committed to encouraging and nurturing innovation in the Australian ICT industry.  Each year, AIIA stages the industry’s leading ICT awards program, the iAwards, which provides local companies and ICT students with a platform on which to showcase, and in many cases launch, Australia's ICT success stories.

National winners of the iAwards go on to represent Australia at APICTA, an international awards program for representatives from the Asia-Pacific region.

Congratulations to all 2008 iAward winners - the best innovators in Australian ICT -  who were announced at the gala dinner on Wednesday 28 May 2008. Particular mention goes to the achievements of the evening’s major category winners: Etech Group (Victorian Government Inspiration iAward winners), Peter Kazacos (CSIRO Tony Benson Award for Lifetime Achievement in ICT), TrendCare (International Business Wales Exporter of the Year), NTICED (ZDNet Australia’s Community iAward winners) and IP Payments (recipients of the Howorth Start Up Company iAward).
